Here are some questions for you to think about:
- Figure out the 80/20 rule. What 20% of your effort is driving 80% of the result (e.g. revenue)
- Are you allocating enough time to reflect on your business, values and mission? Or are you just another “me 2”? One litmus test to tell is if a local reported walked up to you and asked about your business story, is it going to be remarkable?
- How many times have you talked to your customers today? You always have to be on the trenches if you want to improve your business experience
- Do you have a mentor to model after? It doesn’t have to be a real person. It could come from books, podcasts, or your future self
